With the global financial crisis in full swing, employment opportunities are few and far between; sadly many people have and still will lose their jobs. But there are also those who have taken the plunge and wish to change their career altogether, this of course takes great courage and those on the outside might feel that this is a little foolhardy considering the state of the job market.

It is well known that the economy is in decline nowadays. Companies need to downsize in order to survive and stay on the market. Consequently, many people have to leave their jobs and start looking for new employment opportunities.
